Build the Future! Playground Reimagined
For many years, the playground behind our Queen of the Rosary School and the Church has been a cherished resource for the children of our parish and school community. However, due to weathering and age, our current equipment has become outdated and may soon not meet the safety standards we uphold for our children.
To ensure the viability of our playground for years to come, our beloved preschool teacher, Mrs. Laura Ellefson, and the passionate president of our Parents Club, Ms. Chrissy LaPenna, are spearheading efforts to raise $75,000. While this goal may seem ambitious, we believe it is achievable with the collective support and unity of our wonderful community.
Why We Need Your Help
“It’s important that we provide a safe and engaging environment for our children to play and grow,” says Mrs. Ellefson.
The funds we raise will be used to:
Remove and recycle/dispose of the old equipment
Purchase and install state-of-the-art playground equipment
These upgrades will ensure that our playground remains a safe, fun and inclusive space for the children in our school and parish for years to come.
Join Us in Making a Difference
We invite everyone to join us in this important effort. “We believe in the strength of our community,” says Chrissy LaPenna. “Together, we can achieve this goal and provide our children with the best possible play environment.”
