Business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-3pm

All students wishing to transfer to Queen of the Rosary must provide:

Send us two teacher emails so we can send them a recommendation form

Report cards to your current and previous years at school

Any evaluation records including IEP, 504 plans or learning plans

For grades 6-8, after you have submitted your application, we invite you to schedule a shadow day for your student

Once Accepted
Provide the child's original birth certificate, and cash or check for $125.
If coming from another Catholic/private school, the Financial Status form must be completed in the office.
A FACTS Account must be set up and payment plan selected in order for child to begin school.
Medical requirements are due by August 1.
