Parent Club is a fun and meaningful way to get involved, meet other families, and be part of what makes QR so special. Whether you’re attending events, coming to meetings, or volunteering your time, it’s a great way to build connections and feel more at home in our community.

Our Parent Club is made up of a dedicated board and parent-led committees who help bring events and special initiatives to life—from beloved traditions like Trick or Treat Trail and Santa’s Secret Shoppe to programs like Art Appreciation and more.

Through these efforts, Parent Club also provides an added avenue of support for our school, with funds raised going right back into creating enriching experiences, programs, and “extras” for our students and families. It’s a continuous cycle of giving—where the support of our community allows us to keep finding new ways to give back in fun and meaningful ways.
It’s also a space where your voice matters. Parents are encouraged to share ideas, offer feedback, and play a role in shaping the experiences that make QR School such a vibrant and supportive place for our students.
Queen of the Rosary School is supported by a School Advisory Board that plays an important role in the overall success and future of our school. While Parent Club focuses on events and community engagement, the Advisory Board works alongside the principal and pastor to provide guidance and support on decisions that impact the school as a whole.

Rooted in our Catholic mission and aligned with the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Board offers advice and counsel in key areas such as finance, facilities, marketing, and long-term strategic planning. Their work helps ensure financial stability, strengthen our school community, and support continued growth for years to come.

Board members are appointed based on their skills, experience, and commitment to QR School. Made up of parents, parishioners, alumni, and community leaders, they share a passion for the long-term success of our school and are dedicated to helping QR thrive for generations.
