2024 Spring Gala Light Up the Night
We are excited to announce the 2024 Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish and Queen of the Rosary School Spring Gala "Light up the Night" is being hosted Saturday, March 9th at the Belvedere banquets in Elk Grove Village at 6:00 pm.

Preparations are underway for our annual spring fundraiser, which promises to bring the parish, school, and community together for an enjoyable evening of dining, auctions, and fun. We look forward to seeing everyone as we gather at this year’s gala and “Light up the Night” to show our support and gratitude for being a part of the Queen of the Rosary School Family. We are hoping that we can count on the support of wonderful businesses and families such as yours to help us create a spectacular evening.
It Takes A Village
It does take a village to form, educate, and inspire children. Students of Queen of the Rosary School see themselves as part of a community that supports not only their school but communities in need beyond theirs. Whether they are raising money for victims of natural disasters, keeping our towns and villages green by recycling, or collecting canned goods for the hungry, Queen of the Rosary students and our whole community always give generously to their school and beyond.
This year we are asking for all of your support in making this year's Gala the best ever. In order to do that we are asking for all your help. How, you ask? Well, we have many different opportunities. Please take a few minutes to look over all the different ways that you can help.
Donate an item for our Garden Walk, Silent, or Live Auction:
No item is too small or too big, and any help with soliciting items would be appreciated. Donation letter and donation form attached.
Corporate Sponsorship and Corporate Ad's:
This year we are looking to really make a push for corporate sponsors for our event as well as building up our corporate ad sponsors. This will allow us to go into the community and spread the word about Queen of the Rosary and also build a database for corporations that we in turn can and will support throughout the year by giving them our business or partnering with them on other events. Family Ad:
This is a great way for family members and friends to send a special message to our students and staff and congratulate them on a good year, graduation, communion, confirmation, or just to say hello. Letter for on how to place a Family Ad attached.
Wine and Dine:
Coming back this year we will be doing Wine and Dine, if you know a restaurant that would be willing to donate a $50 or higher gift card please reach out to Jenny Smith.
Ticket Order Form:
Help support us by inviting family and friends to join us for an unforgettable night of dinner, drinks, and dancing, with unbelievable items up for auction. Ticket order form attached.
Jr. High Donation:
If your child is in 6th, 7th or 8th grade rather than doing a class basket for the event we ask all parents who are able to donate to the Jr. High Raffle item and we will purchase an item to raffle off at the event. Jr. High donation letter attached.
Only QR families who RSVP-ed by February 1st will be able to attend this year’s in-person gala, allowing us to track how many people are attending and how many tickets we can sell. Families who do not attend are invited to participate in the online, silent auction.
